Except when a new version of Android comes out after Motorola EOLs the locked device, you are screwed. You cannot use anything that, at its core, isn’t from Motorola.

does anyone else notice the inconsistency in the side view photos??? The two side photos both have something sticking out of the back of the screen but in slightley different spots… bad photoshopping? Id’ be tempted to call the bull stuff card on these photos.

Take another look at the specs numbnuts, all carriers load bloatware on all android phones save the Nexus genius. Yeah that Thunderbolt is such a huge upgrade, or how about the Incredible 2 with it’s locked bootloader? Yeah that piss poor battery life and underpowered single core processor is really impressive. Yeah the Charge is so impressive, or the Revolution, or the Inspire, or the Infuse which is just a Galaxy S with Samsung’s new AMOLED and an upgraded radio. Yeah, so much better than the Droid 3′s OMAP4 dual core, FFC, five row qwerty, 16 GB internal memory, larger qHD screen and android 2.3. Those OEMs sure are laughing right?

Best Buy.. does it count as a VZW store? Or do you have to get your phone at Best Buy to upgrade at Best Buy? I dislike going to verizon retail stores here and best buy is awesome.

nope ill pass and see whats out when oct. roll around and my contract up. why? cuz it seems to me that the things that made android so anti icrap are slowly disappearing like stock and keyboard. is it me or you cant get a high end android with all the specs and a keyboard in one place.
1) out of hundreds of android phones on the market the only vanilla is Nexus 1,nexus s, xperia play(yes stock),g2x but no keyboard. G1,og Droid and the G2 vanilla and keyboard but all old spec wise. idk crazy how after these android out in the wild 7 run stock and 3 stock and keyboard its like all what a lot of us signed up for is becoming a thing of the past

IMO, If blur is so “laggy and slow” in the first place, while sense and stock are smooth, why even bother about dual cores? Dual cores are used for gaming and what else? My friends evo 4g RUNS FASTER THAN A DROID X(we compared them on the first day). 4g, on the other hand, will speed up a phone more than dual cores ever will.
Case and Point, WP7, iPhone 4, Meego,(single core smooth)
