Priority ONE: Make the UI uber responsive (no lag, no lockups, no waiting, etc). Priority TWO: Increase and maintain a reasonable battery-life. Priority THREE: Make the hardware stylish, ultra-durable and nice & solid (no plasticy, kids-toy, devices) If the device looks and/or feels like a kids toy or is just ugly who's gonna want it?

It's like a car: People want a stylish, super-good looking car that's going to turn heads (Hardware design), They want the car to drive well, not sputter and stall, and they want the car to be durable so it can handle the elements (OS). And of course they want it to be energy-efficient thus getting excellent gas-millage (Battery life).

Umm... The X bootloader unlock has not been "implemented". It was a mistake. Read..

Mark (Forums Manager), Official Rep, replied 8 days ago
Thank you for suggesting this idea. We are looking into what caused the implement flag in our Get Satisfaction page, but we are not actively implementing the solution suggested above. As communicated yesterday, we are still looking at bootloader solutions that will meet the needs of both our developers and protect our end users. More information will be communicated closer to availability.

I have a Droid X and its an awesome phone but if I were in tour position I would absolutly get the Droid Bionc. It is very similar size wise to the X but has a higher resolution screen,LTE compatibility and a dual core processor.

Why wouldn't the Droid 3 be 4G? Of course it's not available everywhere. Not that's the point and that's why they revert back to 3G is needed. That would be really stupid if it wasn't 4G. I'd like updated specs from my Droid 2 but right now this thing has plenty of power for virtually anything I throw at it. The only way I'd spend another $200+ dollars to upgrade it would be for 4G. Seriously, how many programs out there really push the 1ghz processors right now anyway? Not many..

Hey everyone I need your guys opinion. I upgrade on Feb 17. Right now I have a shitty enV Touch and am planning on getting the Droid X. Should I hold up on upgrading and wait to see if a new DroidX 2 comes out? Would it be worth it and would that be something you would do yourself and would suggest for me to do? Any reply would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!!
