I wish… I’ve got plenty of friends that work at cellphone retailers (from Verizon to US Cellular and Best Buy) and all say much the same. They wait for information to trickle down, as ISUVetMed said, from either people from other stores or from higher positions. And, none of them have heard anything of a Verizon iPhone any time in January. I need a friend to work at the AT&T store

they do know, but that guy was wrong. my friend was told, Verizon iPhone is official, just no set date, and it is going to be a 3G phone.
