It gets passed the Motorola symbol, and just sits at the next “X” screen. Any ideas? If I call the phone it rings and I can answer, but cannot do anything else.

When I download it, pick a launcher and it reboots….it just reboots right back into RC1. Do I need to manually load RC2 from Recovery mode??
