Since we were renewing our contract they sent us to the customer service desk instead of to a sales person. There were 2 people working the service desk and the guy across from us had a Droid that seemed to have some sort of issue with the SD card not reading right from what I heard. I did notice though that it looked as if a live wallpaper was running on his phone, the galaxy one to be specific. I called Vz Technical Support and they said it was a ongoing issue and the update should take care of this well obviously I haven't recieved the update and he told me this been a ongoing probelm for 2-3 months now! Psssh can anybody please have any suggestions on what I can do till then obviosly I just spend approx an hour and a half on the phone with no sucess and also the Vz Rep said that the update is already out and ready for download? If that was the case I woudn't be having this problem right?
