So is Apple saying legal rights don’t apply if you don’t use them right away, or get your product to market faster? Funny how the Apple lawyers do a 180 when THEY are the ones being sued!

Biggest cell phone company in Brazil, I sent them this story over a month ago. They actually copyrighted the name way before apple for their device.

It was actually going to be a real device in 2001. The “internet” phone or iPhone was an early smartphone design. They couldn’t get the tech to match the idea at the time.
