download mood ICS pro and you have phase beam but with a ton of options and custom colors.

Makes my home screens lag a little bit on my galaxy nexus

i have to put this one out there though, “Mood ICS Pro LWP” is amazing. gives you the phase beam look, but is completely customizable from background (2 seperate color spots any color you want) to the globe color (any color you want, up to 3 seperate colors for the globes)
