CM10 on my G-Nex is why I put CM on my Nexus 7 once CM10.1 was available. CM10.1 (4.2.1) on the Nexus 7 is faster and snappier than stock 4.1.2.

Semi decent deal. The official case is terrible. The best one that I have tried with a cover (been through 4) is the poetic slimline you can find on Amazon. If you only want the shell to cover the back and sides, it’s the cruz-lite.

I haven’t felt like rooting and ROMing my Nexus 7 yet. I was trying to just keep it 100% stock to see what it was like. But I’m loving CM on my GNex.

I have the 32GB and it is sluggish too. I got it with the 4.2.1 update. I keep hearing that the newest update made the N7 laggy. Hopefully the next update will get here quick.

I love this tablet, but mine has been so damn slow since the 4.2.1 update (and yes, I disabled background sync in Currents). I’ve been putting off a factory reset, but I’m thinking that may be what I need to do. I have the lowly 8GB version too, maybe this is just its way of telling me I need to buy a 32GB N7…
