Id been thinking of buying a Motorola Droid Razr Maxx for some time. I read dozens of reviews and this one was useful http://search4reviews.net/ , I got my package last week and am very happy. I Would highly recommend to anyone still unsure

IF I was going to purchase an Android device (which I no longer consider would) I would probably buy a Motorola now that it is owned by Google. HTC forgets its phones after a year, and Samsung’s phones feel like cheap plastic (even if they are durable its not for me). Motorola has an all of the above affect, Durable, updated, and moderately competitive in all fronts.

I was one of the lucky ones that didn’t have a ton of issues with my Bionic and when ICS came it improved the phone so much I love it more than ever. I’m waiting to see what MOTO and Google come out with on the X-Phone. If its good enough I’ll buy it straight out and replace my Bionic. Bottom line is I have an unlimited plan and to pay 600.00 to 700.00 for a new phone it has to be worth it.

Ok…so I am now torn on decision between Note 2 and Droid Razr Maxx HD???
Anybody want to weigh in on this one. I realize the Note 2 is huge, but I am not sure that bothers me? I have been a Motorola person..droid, droid2, droid3, and currently Droid4!!!
Never left Motorola before!!! Please Help!!

either way, a lot of people don’t want to carry around something that big while at a convention or any other sort of event. Its almost like bringing an iPad to take photos at your local state fair, people are going to look at you funny.

Touchwiz might have some interesting features, but it’s so ugly and cartoonish, that I had the same reaction to it as I did to Windows XP when it first came out. (with the default plastic looking interface)

Touchwiz is so horribly ugly, that I’m not even thinking twice about going to an AOSP ROM (probably Cyanogenmod) once it’s stable, losing a ton of functionality (I have a Note 2) in favor of a UI that doesn’t look like it was designed for children.

The Maxx HD has a non removable 3300 Mh battery and a 4.8″ screen just to let you know.

Hi Kenneth,
How is the camera? Any blurry yellow hue pictures? Can you save apps to the SD card? Is there any lag going to the home screen after running an app?
