They have all been taken down but there was a similar spat about the S3 having a Verizon logo on it before it was released.. But when the product arrived it had no logo on the home button.

I googled around a bit to try and find this Galaxy S3 with a Verizon logo on the home button and I found nothing. Care to show?

If you don’t believe it, just wait and see. They had the Verizon logo on the home button of the S3 in pictures too… But it’s not there in the delivered product.

The Verizon Note 2 will not have branding on the button. The pictures you see are for advertisement purposes, and won’t be on the phone you get from them. Now for that extra 50 dollars… It helps subsidize the on-contract price. Price of business I guess… But 50 dollars won’t stop me from getting it when Verizon releases it.

You can whine all you want about Verizon but they will have signal (you know, that thing you need when in a jam in the middle of nowhere) where no other carrier has it. And you pay for it.

The Note 2 from Verizon Will Not have Verizon on the Home button. The pictures you see are for advertising. Locked Bootloaders… You see how long that lasted with the S3 right? Jelly Bean right out of the box should do fine for anyone. Might not be 4.2 but there is enough to love about Jelly Bean that we could wait for 4.2. Besides it’s not a NEXUS device so why are you complaining about software updates?
