Unless I get to keep unlimited data, it will make no difference. I will be leaving Verizon after my contract is up. Possibly sooner, if the new Nexus devices are just that appealing.

Ukiah, pop.16,000 and Cloverdale, pop.8,000 got LTE last week, they are both located here in Northwestern California, aka the North Coast.

They didn’t really refuse to do it but a lot of areas have it around me: Cherry Hill, NJ (which is right outside of Philadelphia and about 45 minutes north of me) and Wilmington, DE (about 45 minutes south of me). I also live in the poorest county in NJ.

I could be wrong but I think AT&T’s claim includes HSPA+, whereas Verizon is talking about strictly LTE. If you only consider 4g to be LTE, then Verizon is CRUSHING AT&T. If you include HSPA+ i think coverage is a lot more similar. Someone can correct me if i’m totally off base though

So, how does this compare to AT&T. Verizon says that they have the largest “4G LTE” network and AT&T always boasts that they have the largest “4G” network. I assume this encompasses some other 4G tech (HSPA+?). So, who really has the largest “4G” or dumbed down to “faster than 3G” network?

Just picked up my phone this morning to see the 4G icon.. Thought it was a mistake. It seems kind of spotty but considering nothing has been announced, I will just wait and see.
