Project Roadrunner, if it exists, would be great. I have heard a lot about the poor battery life on the gnexus. I’m probably going to buy it in November, hoping that they drop the price. Is battery life really that bad?

+1 for the Note 2. Before I switched over to the OG Droid I was really missing the stylus from my Windows Mobile 6.X days. Sometimes using a pen device is just more accurate. Plus Samsung makes it simple to add notes by just whipping out the pen. The Note 2 just seems more functional and the big screen that’s still pocketable is a very nice bonus.

Yea, me too…that’s why I prefer Sense…people gripe about it but I like having things built in too instead of adding 15 extra apps to make it like you want…ie. the camera app…

You’re paying the price of being an early adaptor of technology. You knew that lte kills battery life. But you wanted it a year ago. The coming generation of devices will improve battery life devices will greatly improve on battery consumption in regards to lte.

The GS3 has the snapdragon s4 chip, that why its so much better with
battery life,have to admit it is amazing,just think how great it would be if it had the razr maxx battery lol

The problem with battery life is that as soon as we see an improvement in one area, phone manufacturers do something to reduce that improvement so we get the same mediocre experience. Get higher-capacity batteries in the same formfactor as last year’s? They slim the phones to take a smaller battery. OLED screens? Smaller capacity battery. Then they give us what should be normal capacity in special phones or add-on parts. What a rip-off.
