Alot of us care about universal accessories, and btw iPhan, I related 100% with that comment about charging friends' phones. I bring my charger to work, and the android guys are free to use it since I only charge a spare battery in case we run out of work and I play angry birds for 4 hours. Look, youre in the wrong neck of the woods to bash android. Did you sleep-type your way in here? It says "droid" at the top of the screen. Go back to your trendy iBend4apple friends please.

Hmm... Funny I wasn't personally attacking you at all. And for your information I owned a iPad and the battery life on my Xoom is far superior to that device multitasking or not. Also yes you have better apps and a more mature environment for using said apps. That doesn't make your device better or more capable though. Perhaps it's changed in the year I haven't used an iPad but not being able to unzip on the device, download, create, and upload as well as easily work with said files on the go. I can keep going about little personal experiences but I did tell you that you were right on the display thing, but that wasn't good enough for you huh? Just have to swear on the Apple gospel?

I have had a Galaxy Nexus for almost 9 months, and with the exception of the additional RAM on the S3 I cant come up with any reason to buy another phone. I have the extended batt and I have seen the new iPhone and you couldn't give me one for free. Whats up with the increase in screen size, oh wait...there really wasn't one. Google play kicks ass and when i have had one or two issues they refunded my money (even after 2 day). Apple is a status symbol at this point. My family is even buying A galaxy nexus and another is getting the S3, after years of them spouting off about how great apple is. Keep in mind my Mac Book Pro still kicks ass.

I'm laughing with you freetard.

Who he hell cares if one your friend needs a phone charge. No one asked for that cheerful story. But anyway.

Is my out (similarly) dated micro USB port going to slow his charging or speed it up or make the charge "feel any better? What on earth dont you not get about the study? Dont comment if you are not addressing the study. You obvioisly just wanna seem smart I guess. Apple charger is 10 YEARS OLD. Get over it. dont like that idea. Buy a fridgefreon 6 SG12 with 100 Micro USB charger cables and go make a belt out of them. Stop griping about it. Technology is moving on wired and wirelessly.

Maybe IHS/Displaymate shoud run a test on how 100% of a battery charge is -- a much better 100% -- when it's from same cables. That has nothing to do with the display test so please read the test. Every freetard that chimes in has this advice told to them cause it's hard to read, i'm certain.

And extreme integration with what? Who cares? We have the best selection of paid qulity apps in total and they're made to fit a specific line of products, not 20,00 bloated OEM fragmented products. Glad you nuttys are staying over there though.

Mutitasking huh? mabe you need to quit getting high off all the toxic phone plastics on your hand and also read about that topic too. Really.
I post facts when I can and I've done too much of that already. No one bothers to read anyway. Take the initative and learn about all this on your own and quit sniping comments just to sound smart.

Why is it hard to separate dreams from reality. Maybe you were typing in your sleep? Keep your Phabet plugged then, it'll fully charge in time for the next great multitasking adventure.

You're both being hilariously thick about two rather simple issues. Reading this conversation was pretty funny. Okay so the iPhone has a certified screen for color reproduction. Yay. That affects pretty much only as was mentioned photographers and other professionals but yes you're right in that that's important for some. As to your comments about the docks and cables you're completely wrong. Standards in cable designs make for an easier world. I love being able to throw my friends Android phones on a charger for them. When one of my iPhone using friends comes over and their batteries are winding down dragging my old G2 iPod cable out is kind of silly. Also please. Micro usb is just as capable of doing data transfer as your dock connectors. Video streaming? No one really uses that. And even if they did isn't that what Apple is pushing airplay for?

Both phones have their ups and downs. Me? Androids actual true multitasking, extreme integration with Google's ecosystem, non-reliance on iTunes to copy files, and customizibility has kept me on Android for years now. This won't change. I'm happy with my decision. Glad you are too.

Some of these "standards" are based on old models that need constant change (Networks) and others hold the test of time (Color standards). Why do you keep comparing disparate topics is arguing for the sake of arguing.

If you read back what YOU wrote, you know what you take away from it?
Quality control. ...

Only One (hardware/Software) designer: Apple. They all fit in a custom package. Not OEM, Frankenstein - off the shelf - make it fit- (crisis of design) product (Samsung).

Sync cables have nothing to do with the test, but that doesn't seem to stick with you for some reason.

--> A lightning/HDMI cable IS being made by Apple, so why bother researching/learning anything you're arguing about since OEM off-the-shelf is all that you're focused on buying/using. It's Apples OWN charging standard being phased out from a 10 year old technology. What don't you understand?

Just take one day and research these things a bit..

As for the fancy Network talk:

Apple chose to NOT add old legacy technology junk/antenna components in their iPhone hardware. Why? Because 4g/LTE is/was supposed to evolve and not wait till it's profitable or convenient to Verizon/Sprint. So retrofitting a new device to lagging stale technology isn't in current/future Apple products best interest.. it's that plain. Why slow Apples design architecture down to lazy phone carriers?

Think of the first iPhone and what was being sold at that time. It was a game changer when Blackberries were still the norm. Phone companies also had to respond to this new smartphone era and they still are.

ATT already has a way to do data and voice off of THEIR BACKS and not at PHONE MAKERS EXPENSE so throwing Sprint and Verizon a lifeline until they Choose to improve their networks is not Apples business nor its customers..

iPhone users have a choice who they connect their phones with and what priorities are important to them when it comes to performance. So be proud of the 16 soviet -era antennas on your backwards compatible (legacy) android phones and let Apple keep the technology ball rolling forward.

Don't be sour about Apple either, you can always sell your iPad that you obviously hate along with your iPod for a quality Android device right?

Heres a simple explanation for ATT vs Sprint/Verizon that even reeealy old people can understand..

Color standards benifit everyone. My charger doesnt need to benefit your android battery. Thats basic enough logic?

If Apple keeps its own wild crazy color space and lets others use their own nutty colorspace, will they be able to share colors the same? NO. By your logic, thats fine obviously. But what if YOU want to play something off your phone to a tv or even print something. Well youre limiting the quality of the output and I'm convinced you think that just fine so long as your device is an Android only phone with neon flourescent saturated colors. Everyone defending Samsung SGIII against the display test just needs to read it first and make up their mind if those limitations are OK. Im sure for alot of folks it is, but to rattle off opinions and pretend they are facts is misleading.

Youre dead wrong.
Did you even read that screw-up story or just the title?

No one ever bothers to read anything these days. The display test either.
whatever.

Just to clarify:
The first iPhone ever released was most toxic. Right? SGIII came in ninth right?

SOOOOOOO..... iPhone is 5th.. What does that mean? Yes!

Drum Roll.... Less Toxic than SGIII and Motorla Citrus most green
with iPhone 4s in second place.
A tech story from Dubai? Nice stretch..
