For some reason I was thinking the Spectrum 2 and Intuition. Although, the Stratosphere was kind of forgotten. Heck, I don’t even recall seeing any advertisements for it.

The original Stratosphere is perfect for someone going from a basic phone or Blackberry and is really a great first smartphone. As many as I have sold I haven’t had a single person come back with an issue, it is a solid phone. Not anything anyone on this site would care about but it’s a huge seller.

The keyboard looks way better than the original Stratosphere. The Enter button is twice as big, backspace is where it belongs and the android buttons are gone from the sides. I can’t count the amount of times I’ve hit Back by accident while typing on my droid 2.

Or the new Exynos dual core. Not sure if it will be better than the S4 Pro in the graphics department though.

I just hope that the new Strat isn’t locked down like the GS3 was. I doubt it could attract attention like the GS3 did to get it unlocked. If its open, I will dump my D4 and be all over this.

Don’t forget it has Touch Wiz loaded up on it… Maybe they should just stick to AOSP, since at least when they got sued for the Nexus, Google swooped in and bailed them out

It would be nice if they would bother to update the original Spectrum as promised before moving on to a newer model. When are they going to understand that repeat customers can make up a huge part of their sales on new phones? I am one customer that they have lost–I have no interest in the newer LG models if they will not be supported after they’ve made the sale. Beware, shoppers…

The S4 is a solid chip for CDMA/LTE phones. I hope there’s a CDMA/LTE Nexus this fall with an S4 onboard.

@Sammy you may want to rethink releasing that smartphone. The reason being is that they it’s rounded in shape and I think you might get sued. Just sayin’ !
