Actually Apple produces quite a bit in the US.. including the die for the A5 processor which is done in Texas. You need to do your homework and understand how businesses work. Most businesses contract a major chunk of their components out after designing it themselves and then giving the specs to the fabricators.

Versus non-functioning and buggy iPhones? I can’t tell you how many time my iPhone crashed on me. Glad I.was able to sell it for $200 when I switches carriers and got my nexus for free.

Truth in the status-qou part. In the pistol industry the glock 17 is the industry standard for a duty pistol. 17 rounds of 9mm ammo, simple safety interface, 4.5″ barrel, polymer lower wieghing under 2.85 lbs unloaded for.the whole pistol. Almost every manufacturer has made a pistol with all these features and even the striker firing system but glock hasn’t sued anyone for those.

I would also like to see patent reform… One of the first steps, I think, is getting rid of the ability to patent something just because it is on a new type of device (i.e. email on a phone, rather than a computer). I also think most software patents are bogus (I think copyright is a better IP scheme for software than patents), and if software patents ARE going to exist, I agree with the commenter who said they should have a short duration, as the world of software moves at blazing speed… I think two years should be sufficient.

same old tired arguments.. yea yea.. we’re isheep.. keep repeating that to yourself so that you can feel better about your foolish and erroneous choices/decisions in life.
FYI.. I am currently on Razr Maxx.. been with android for over 2 years.. and spent about 10 months with iphone.. can’t wait to get rid of lagdroid and go back to iphone.
It’s just like the ceo of shamsung said in his internal memo.. the difference is like heaven and earth!!
You have fun with your android and figuring out which corner of your gigantic screen the menu button is gonna be on the next app.
