There is probably a good 20 or so websites that I visit on a daily basis, and I have yet to encounter any issues. Don’t get me wrong, I still have flash installed on my Nexus 7 anyway, should I actually need it, but so far I have yet to have a bad Chrome experience as a result of no flash support on my N7. I realize it is very much user-dependent as you and I don’t browse all the same sites, but there are still ways around it thanks to the beauty of Android.

I don’t blame Google for ending development on Flash. But I do blame them for abandoning the stock Android Browser. Seems unnecessary to not at least give us the option. Also, you must not visit a lot of diverse websites? You’re telling me you NEVER encounter a site with a non-YouTube based video? Ever? Or do you just settle for the Mobile view version of the site (something else I hate)

I can’t figure out a tablet? I managed to flash a custom Rom on my Xoom, so I think I got it figured out. So how exactly did you play the video? By using YouTube right? Because if it weren’t a YouTube based video you wouldn’t be able to play it within Chrome. Care to shed a little light on this Mr. Tech?

Loving it. It’s such a great size for many things. I still have my Transformer Prime for the things I don’t want to do on a smaller screen.

Love mine, just wish the screen was a little brighter for reading outside. Had it out this morning and really couldn’t see the screen with sunglasses on in the sun.

This is the prefect tablet that I have been looking for. The N7 is smooth and soft. The screen is prefect and it fits great in my hand. It has given my phone a break in the action. Very Nice tablet, but I am not fond of the power/volume buttons. They have a cheap feel to them. Other that, it is awesome.

ps the statement saying it has flash on the box is only good at the time of purchase, therefore will not become “false advertising”. Plus if you’re going to get your panties in a bunch over this, don’t install the update!

Blame Adobe, not Google/Android. You’re whining to the wrong software company. If you so desperately need Flash, use Dolphin Browser. My Nexus 7 is doing me just fine with all the websites I visit using Chrome.
