if i could swipe the bottom of the screen and get a quick menu for bookmarks, tabs, etc like the stock one x browser, I’d use chrome. as it is now, takes me 2 extra steps to get to any page i want.

For 2nd issue, go to settings->bandwidth management->preload webpages and turn it off. Fixed the omnibar lag for me on the gnex.

I finally switched back to the stock browser on the transformer prime. Chrome is way to choppy and slow for some reason

My biggest concern is it has serious force close issues when running custom ROMs. Maybe it is just me, but I have CM9 on my Kindle, and Touchpad, and stock ICS for my SGS II and Chrome freezes out on all of them.

I can hardly ever get in and it goes bye bye when trying to render a page.

Using quick ICS browser. Very fast, has the quick controls and flash. An improvement on stock. Really need to get flash on the Chrome browser before I’m on board.

I love Chrome for Android but one thing that I can’t seem to find or is hidden is your history. How can you pull up your history so you can quickly visit previous sites?

I think the new tab is checking for other synced Chrome accounts? That would explain some of the lag.
