Don’t delude yourself. The Rezound has a Snapdragon S3, not an S4. Totally different classes of phones. The Rezound uses the lowest-end dual core out there at all, while the Incredible will use the best dual core on the market (until Exynos).

NEW SOCIAL NETWORK FOR ANDROID – Picaim

Picaim is a project that aims to become a social network to see and share things that are happening in your city and in the world.
The service is based on sharing geo-located photos of things that are happening in your city.

The great idea is that photos can not be sent by the computer, just for mobile devices, and only at the moment they were captured. This measure helps prevent false information inserted in the social network.

This means, you see what is happening, what the person who took the photo has to say, and where that is happening at the moment what is happening.
You can see content classified by what is happening in your city.

Also you can post anonymously, if you wish to protect their identity to share with the world.

Anyone can see what is happening in your city on our web site, without registration or application for mobile.

The project was launched this week, still has very few users, and we are asking for help to all who possess an android phone, just download the application, test and share with friends in your city.

I have to disagree with those who claim this phone will be a failure or that it isn’t a good phone due to the qHD screen. The specs are very good and it is a good looking phone. With the updated software and the good internals this phone easily hits the mid to upper tier of phones. And I bet there are plenty of people who would want a fast, ICS, phone with a slightly smaller screen than the latest and greatest top tier phones.

Actually, in the Android world we call it Rooting. And there is an unofficial-official leak of ICS that the Rezound can run. You just flash the RUU and you are all set. I decided to wait for the official OTA update because the leaked RUU had some problems with battery life and heat due to the kernel running both cpu cores full bore anytime the phone was awake. Hopefully the official release will have fixed that and any other bugs.

How disappointing. I just had to trade up my original DInc which I loved and was so disappointed it died because there really isn’t a phone I want right now. I settled on the Droid Razr Maxx and it’s ok but I really wanted something nice from HTC on Verizon. I feel somewhat better now given these stats.

ICS is software, doesn’t matter. This phone has a worse screen but a better camera and possibly a somewhat better cpu? Does not sound like a good deal.

It is better in regards to certain key specs, ie, cpu, rear cam, ICS, battery life (potentially)
There are some short-comings: resolution(debatable), ff cam, screen size(debatable).

I have a Rezound too.

It has to have it….that’s the only way it’ll run Sense 4.0 along with the new camera ImageSense. If you check the Qualcomm S4 specs on their website, you’ll see the S4 supports it, the S3 doesn’t. it’ll definitely have the S4 processor…
