Yes, but like my comment said above, GrooVe IP is great once the call finishes ringing on your phone, then will ring on the device, but it isn’t LISTED as a device like it says in the image – GTalk and Mobile are obvious, XOOM (or any other Android device for that matter) isn’t, unless you use Sipgate which is currently unavailable…

I’d like to hear any other FREE means of getting it to be another listed device! I’m not paying any amount to get my tablet to “ring earlier” when GrooVe IP doesn’t charge me monthly for the service!

Laws don’t make a place safe…look at the US; Millions of laws….and many places abroad are much safer than our worst cities. It’s probably got more to do with population density and enforcement practices.

Of course, it depends on the times, as well. London was a mess last year….though most districts affected by the riots are normally pretty peaceful as I understand it.

They do have laws here. Probably more laws than we ever had at home (in Japan). I actually don’t see Russia as a lawless country; it’s pretty safe here. StPetersburg, by the way, is a much, much safer city in every single district, which cannot be said about New York or Chicago (I actually got in trouble thrice when I visited those cities — once in Chicago and twice in NYC).
