The US Xoom wifi = wingray
the US Xoom 3g/4g = stingray
They are both google devices like the nexus and can compile your own AOSP build of ICS for the xoom.

these are both options until you get a Offical OTA release.

I hope it’s ICS. Give us WiFi’s a fully functional ICS build! Could even help put the 4G Xoom just shy of a complete build because we’d have to wait for the radio info to be released. Both versions are GED’s, 4G’ers will just have to wait for VZW to approve it. You’ll get it not long after.

The Family Edition Xoom, which I actually prefer hardware-wise (thinner, charges over microUSB, IPS screen )would be a great ICS device but Moto has seen fit to junk it up with their software customizations.

I would honestly not count on the Family Edition getting ICS at this point, seeing as how it’s only sold in BB and hasn’t seemed to gain much traction so far. They should slash the price down to $299, make a firm ICS announcement, and sell the FE everywhere.
