There so many cases between the 2, but no action in the U.S. is immediately forthcoming. The places where Apple seemed to be winning (Germany, Australian) are even backpeddling and correcting the wrongs. I do not see anyway that a ban would happen here.

The courts are supposed to decide the Apple versus Samsung case any day now they. And if Apple wins they will stop Samsung from selling Galaxy phones and tablets I read. So does that affect the Galaxy Nexus then? I know it’s a Google phone but Samsung makes it, so I was curious about this, and wondered if that was why it hadn’t been released?

Why doesn’t Google force VZW to release or at least announce the release of the phone. Give them 24 hours or let other carriers take over. This is ridiculous.
