Same here and I’m on the fringe of a 4g area. I’m getting great battery life. Averaging 13 to 15 hours for the 9 days I have had it so far. I would consider myself a moderate user. I keep 4g turned off unless I’m going to be surfing the internet, downloading apps because guess what, texting and voice calls work great on 3g still to this day.

Aren’t there already a zillion other apps that do event-based actions? Why use a Moto bloatware app to do something already available in the market?

The battery life hasn’t been an issue at all for me. In fact, it’s better than any smartphone I’ve had.

I wish they would put this on the Bionic.. anything to make a battery last is always a very good thing.

Pulled mine out and it has been on battery 4H17M with 70% charge left. I am on 4G and have done no tweaking to save life. I can not complain about the battery life yet.
