I really hope this bad boy is coming to VZW, HOWEVER, wouldn’t it be more likely that this is for Sprint seeing as they’re a CDMA carrier as well and already have the Nexus S?

I flipped through other pages about this phone, but it’s only BT details, no phone details. For all we know, this could be feature phone (not likely) but there’s nothing on theBT site to suggest that it is the Prime (Droid or Nexus)

It would be smart of them to finally get a vanilla Android phone again. I plan on switching to a new carrier if AT&T’s deal gets approved, and Sprint is the only option for me since they had the Nexus S and I refuse to use anything but vanilla Android. Verizon hasn’t had a vanilla Android phone since the original Droid, so they’re not a contender for me right now. I’m sure others feel similarly.

This would have been the case before VZW transitioned to tiered data plans. Now that it’s tiered, if people tether illegally then it’s no big deal because they will just go over their data cap and VZW will annihilate them with overage charges.
