You know, your right… I don’t know why I thought working over nine years as a design engineer in robotic machine automation has given me any first hand knowledge of the state of our patent system. All that time I’ve spent filing for patents, responding to cease and desist letters, and researching patent claims for possible infringement really doesn’t give me anymore insight than someone who read an internet blog once.

And if you think Topolsky and old engadget editorial staff don’t have a biased view towards *pple… then you probably also believe Fox News is “fair and balanced”.

I used to think you were one of the smarter *pple trolls around these parts, but after this its pretty clear that any intelligence you do have is overshadowed by your arrogant prick attitude.

Yep already read that.

Not sure an *pple centric blog on the internet is the only place to research when forming an opinion on the state of the patent system.

I tend to also rely on my own professional experience as well, and the fact is, too many overly general patent claims are approved which leads to excessive litigation.

Thanks for the smug attitude though… wouldn’t expect anything less from you.
