Strange…we use our Google TV all the time. The kids love it! Pandora, PBS Kids, Sesame Street, LeanBack for Youtube with the kids shows you can watch. Plus Amazon movies on demand etc. It is only going to get better when Honeycomb hits. I can’t imagine one day without using the Google TV features.

Man am I glad I waited… Just ordered mine today from Amazon… It’ll be here friday and at this price its worth it. I just hope that it is revved with the latest OS version so that we can have the market and Google HD Videos on demand (along with Amazon and Netflix). It was a easy decision between this box and another Roku.

While I’m not as hardcore at saving as you. I’m also happy to report that after quitting subscription TV in 2007, I’ve saved well over $4800 in TV programming alone. Old PC’s have saved me thousands by acting as media servers/ whole house TV recorders for OTA HD, which let me buy my one (outdated) big screen TV and fancy shmancy cell phone. Nerds FTW.

Just put a 22″ tv in the RV for the incredibly hot days. 1080p movies? Yeah definitely.

Planning on throwing in a roku player and streaming movies from my computer. Gonna be nice.
