stop getting so butt hurt cuz someone dissed your device. its actually a perfect choice of words. i am currently holding the inc 2 in my hands and id agree with you that its quite plasticky and it does seem to be made cheaper. however overall its thinner, lighter and a nice solid black color. wish it was bigger i guess and as for battery life i guess ill wait and see.

I think by the time we get something like the Sensation or EVO3D from HTC tiered pricing will have kicked in. Even though I like the Incredible 2, I think it’s a good idea to go for LTE with a Dual Core processor if you are going to keep it for two years.

Better finish? I don’t see how a cheap plastic can be considered more aesthetically nicer than an aluminum unibody design like the Thunderbolts. And the Thunderbolts battery life is far from awful, that is a poor choice of words. I get 10-15 hours on it moderate use and thats decent in the smartphone spectrum.

Yeah to each his own. I personally like the finish on the TBolt better to be honest. Lets hope the battery life is a bit better as it would be a step in the right direction. Certainly all HTC products could benefit from better battery optimization right out of the gates.

this is true and yeah that remains to be seen, however it is pretty much the same exact phone as the tbolt like everyone else is saying, with a smaller screen and no lte, two huge factors in the awful battery life the tbolts has. if its just as bad ill eat my words but aside from that aesthetically its much much nicer

If you’re saying the Incredible has better battery life then that has yet to be proven. If I remember correctly, the Original Incredible didn’t fair to well, even with a smaller screen.

id go with this over the tbolt but not the sensation…..that phones ridiculous, however i dont think htc’s goal was for one product to eat the other for breakfast lunch or dinner (dessert maybe) i think its a great idea and perfect to create different products for different people, kinda the whole point of android. the specs on this phone arent too shabby

This is a downgrade from the TBolt. Why get something with less features for more money. 4G may not be here for most, but it will come and why not have the capability to utilize it?

I’m guessing around $399 to $449. Any more then that would be stupendously retarded. I believe most people that would want to upgrade would be the original DInc owners and if Verizon Wireless wants to sell these fast, then I would recommend they make the retail price $399, or even lower to $349. It would sell like hotcakes.

I don’t understand the need for this phone, Turn off the 4g on the thunderbolt…. BAM…. its a incredible 2, Why waste the time introducing this phone, Keep the smaller screen of the OG, different strokes
