Does anyone know if you will need a separate gmail account when you set it up? You would think they want to keep that seperate so you couldnt transfer purchase that you have on your phone to the tablet and vice versa..

No blur on the OG… so it stands to reason that Big Red just drags ass on updates. To be honest… I can’t imagine they have much to update on my Droid… it runs fine and I can only expect what they do to screw something up.

I think the UI is organized really nicely, but isnt aesthetically pleasing at times. For example, in the settings menus the options are just in a purple grey square with no color variation or artistic effect whatsoever. Also i hope there is a font size setting that works throughout the system because i dont think i the Xoom should have to be as close to your face as your phone normally is. Some of that font is super small. Also graphical charts like the sd card usage and memory usage could definitely look a lot nicer. I hope they root this thing quick and easy cuz i wanna see what the Dev teams can create for this great platform.

Mac OS has plenty of security issues. The fact of the matter is, something like 90 to 95% of users are running Windows. It isn’t worth writing viruses and spyware for Mac OS (yet).

Don’t give me the inherently secure BS with the BSD core. While that is true to an extent, with the modifications and such nullify any security there was. Ask anyone who runs a Linux or BSD server if they have X or any kind of graphical system installed, when they tell you no, ask them why.

You’ll see, if/when Macs get a better market share.

That is just a folder created on the user’s IMAP server or something, so when the account was sync’d, the folder came with it. It doesn’t actually have Norton installed.
