Joy, more bloatware, more bugs. Ever since this update, I have been losing my 3G connection and have to do the *228 thing. I called Verizon and they said they recommend using the *228 programming every few weeks. Verizon fails.

I had the same problem, sounds like your SD card is corrupt.
Back up all the data, do a low level format and then copy your files back over.
Presto no problems.

My camcorder has been COMPLETELY fragged since upgrading to 2.2.

It'll open, but I can't record or even push any other buttons but the home key, at which point the entire phone will be so slow that it requires a complete battery pull/restart to regain functionality.

Sooooo frustrating that this hasn't been addressed, because I know there are others out there with the same issue...

i also got mine last friday and it has 2.1 on it and keeps saying it is “up to date”!!?? I've been trying to pull the update every day and it will now download it. Maybe they suspended the original 2.2 update in anticipation of this one coming out? I hope!

the fact that they arnt is a problem, the memory is in the phone, there is no reason it should not recognize that, whats the point of having all this on board storage if you cant use it for apps?
