I'm not sure how possible this is for the Trillian team to do, but, I use trillian on my laptop. I'd like a way to move my trillian session mobile when I sign in on my phone and vice versa. :D So, if I'm chatting with a couple people on my laptop and need to leave, I'd like to be able to sign into trillian on my Droid, log me out on my laptop, and continue all the conversations I had open on my Droid. Is that doable? It'd be a seriously awesome feature if you can pull it off!

Thank you all for the great feedback. Press, tweets and blogs on Trillian for Android has been tremendous, and certainly uplifting to me and the whole team.

As the designer for Trillian, having used the G1 for 2 years, I noticed that some apps were plain rips from their iPhone version, which I think is lazy and disrespectful imo. For example, there's no need for a toolbar when there's a Menu button, and there's no need for a back button on the screen when there's a Back button! But somehow their developers never used an Android and they think the iPhone UI paradigm would just work on Android. We took special care to make sure Trillian for Android will work like as if it were an app that is bundled with the Android, and I'm glad everyone sees and likes the effort made.

Besides all that, I designed all the graphics to be as minimal as possible, not just for the look, but also download size - I noticed that it's very easy to bloat up an app to more than a MB.

Please feel free to drop by the Trillian Forums if you have anything you'd like to talk about on our products. Stay tuned to our blog for more news coming up soon!
