Look again and start at 45:00. It does show that the bended display can be touch sensitive.

One thing is for sure it’s pretty apparent that the future is very bright for Samsung and it’s future products. 2013 will be a year everyone will remember. It was a wonderful show can’t wait for the unpacked event coming up.

I didnt watch the whole thing, but why did no one from Google show up in the Samsung CES, I mean they invited MS, but everything ran Android. Wouldn’t it have been better for Google to show up instead.

Notice that they demo a flexible screen (which is cool) but there is not talk of a TOUCH SENSITIVE flexible display. That tells me that this DISPLAY might come out soon but may not be as robust as what is inferred. EInk technology has been flexible (and cheap) for a long time and yet we haven’t seen that flexibility applied in any real world tech -much less making a robust touch sensitive prototype. If flex screens come out soon I don’t think they will be on par with tablet interactivity for a while yet. IMO.
