It seems like it shouldn’t be that difficult to make a case for existing tablets that has controls built into it. Basically, cut a PS3 controller in half and super glue it to the sides of an existing hard-case. You then don’t have to worry about developing a tablet that will go out of date, if anything just built the guts into different case sizes, or work on an adjustable case, along with a Sixaxis-type app.

The main benefit I see of this over a Ps3 controller, even with a gameklip, is that the controls are on the sides where you would naturally hold the tablet.

Also, you could say it costs more than an Xbox 360, Wii, and PS3 combined. (depending on the system storage for the 360 and PS3)

Or maybe if it’s being produced in china, it’s one of the factories that are striking right now, like some of the known ones like foxconn that makes apples crap. Huge strikes in manufacturing in china, from the little bits of info that’s getting out from their censored firewalled society

Why didn’t they just make a pad and an app that integrated the controller into game? They then could of supported software developers and updated the app as time when on and games progressed. It was a fail to begin with. Also…. $500.00 for a tablet is so 2011. Even Apple is seeing this and attempting to maintain.

Basically, it costs more than a Nexus 10 with last year’s screen resolution, a processor that is aging, and the only advantage is the hardware game controls….
