10 years ago people thought cameras on phones were stupid. If you have your tab in your hand and you need to take a picture of something, wouldnt it be nice to be able to do that instantly right on your tab? only makes sense to me.

I guess i see what you’re saying.. but I think its kind of dumb to do or not do things based oh how it will look to other people.. If my phone holster bothers you that much, I dont think im the one thats a douche. At the end of the day ur not the one that has it on.

There are at least a couple of good reasons that I think they should have both. Quickly showing someone something while video chatting without having to
flip your tablet around and guess where you are aiming it and being able to easily scan bar codes. I really wish my Nexus 7 had a rear camera for those 2
reasons alone.

Taking pictures with a tablet is rather silly, but quickly showing someone something while video chatting without having to flip your tablet around and guess where you are aiming it is not. Neither is being able to easily scan some bar codes for those that need to do that. I really wish my Nexus 7 had a rear camera for those 2 reasons alone.

That’s cool, but it still won’t eliminate accidental thumb presses on things that are close to the edge.
