it seems serious lag issue on less space left is the main reason why Google discontinuing 16GB version. However 16GB users suck until Google/Asus fixes the problem. They paid a $50 more for just additional 8GB.

my 16gb is 2 weeks old today. this sucks if its true. i would have waited or paid more for 32gb.

When I first read this I was a bit pissed then I realized I got the $25 play store credit – anyone buying the 32gb won’t get it. What exactly do I need 32gb for? Enough apps to fill that space would be nuts and too much to manage. Music? Same thing – maybe videos but how many can a person watch before they are in front of a computer in order upload new ones?

So, yes, 32gb would be nice but I’m ok with the 16 and $25 store credit.

The N7 has the capacity to access external media via OTG. I hooked up a 3 terabytes, yes you read that, TERABYTE hardrive to my N7.

I don’t even fill my 8 GB. And I got a 32 gb thumb drive on OTG for less than $30. A new 32gb version of the Nexus 7 excites me about a bowl of warm eggplant pudding.

I have the same plan. My wife is still using an og galaxy tab 7 so she will get my 16GB and I will get the new 32GB. She doesn’t use as much storage as I do so it will work out fine.
