But the tech looks very interesting, and relating to the television features, it instantly made me think of the Xbox 360′s Kinect. I love using Kinect to control everything on my 360, it’s like experiencing something you saw in sci-fi movies, just ten or fifteen years ago. I love to bring up the voice function on it, and have the Xbox search for messed up things that I say.

But, as a word of warning to any Kinect users, Microsoft will collect data on things you say when using Kinect’s voice functions. Unless you log into your account at the Xbox website, and go into your privacy settings on the site, and turn off the setting that says something like “It’s okay for Microsoft to collect aggregate voice data from me while I use Kinect”. I never truly believe that any of this data collecting (aka- harvesting, mining), is really anonymous or aggregate. Just thought I would pass that tid bit of information along, because I didn’t this right away, until I was messing around in the settings in my account one day.
