Lol… I’m not sure why you are not open to the idea that something like this could be fixed. I and many have had the same issue. I am no expert… just someone who over time has been willing to read and learn how to resolve issues that can be resolved.

There are some things that can be resolved and improved. I’m not sure why you feel they can’t. If it is of such importance to you I would be happy to show you if you had a phone with this problem. It doesn’t take an expert… just someone who has been through the same issue that has fixed it.

Ok I’ll reword the statement since I obviously wasn’t exact enough for you:
you won’t admit you were wrong when saying it was a case of a user not knowing how to resolve simple issues. The issues described do not sound simple to resolve at all – although I suppose an expert like you could have resolved them in five minutes.

I don’t think its the users fault but I know from the same experience that the user could fix it.

the iPhone 5 is an Apple phone, and it’s only that way, because it’s also sold on Verizon as the exact same phone.

And that’s the entire point. On every other carrier, including Verizon, you can swap SIMs now. Except for Sprint… because they embed their SIMs into their devices. LTE, being the standard adopted by the GSM Association, requires the use of SIMs… Sprint chose to embed theirs. They just keep solidifying their position as the worst major carrier in the country every step they take, even when delivered such as easy choice as the SIM card one.

The sim isn’t embedded on Sprints iPhone 5, who cares anyways it’s just an LTE sim you can’t use it to swap phones with ease like you can with a traditional sim.

What am I wrong about, precisely? That they embed their SIM cards into their devices? Because I’m spot on with that. You should be fired for not knowing what you sell if you really do work for that garbage company.

Troll. As someone who works in the cell phone industry I can say HTC has always had quality builds. Much much better than Motorola. And Google will not give Motorola a Nexus phone because they don’t want to be seen as playing favourites and giving the Nexus to a company they own.

Nexus devices never sell well so that doesn’t matter. Nexus devices have always and will always be high end devices. They set the standard for all Android phones for the year.

Google would never allow that. Nexus are high end devices. End of story. Google would not allow for mid or low end Nexus devices that would give the Nexus line a bad name.

With Nexus phones they have to leave their crap off of it. Hence why it is a Nexus. Nexus is pure Android. No manufacturer add-ons or overlays and no carrier add ons

There has only been one Nexus device that has ever had a microSD slot and that was the Nexus One. The Nexus S did not have one. The Galaxy Nexus did not have one. And the Nexus 7 does not have one. So I highly doubt a new Nexus phone would have a microSD slot, so you might just need to give up on that.
