After reading some of the comments below, you’re right. Wifi-Only is probably fine especially if you’re able to tether from your phone. No need to have an expensive data plan (and expensive hardware) when all you’re going to do with it is do a little editing-on-the-fly and post it to Google+/Facebook. I suppose you could just turn off mobile data and not pay for a plan at all. Not sure why you would need to do any web browsing on your camera, but at the same time I see no reason to limit such a device either.
Honestly I probably don’t need something this robust. I’d like to see a more compact Galaxy Camera with slightly lower specs and perhaps wifi-only. A 4.0-4.3″ screen would probably be just fine. On my not-going-to-happen wishlist I wish they’d make the screen swivel around the other side. This could be a beast for Skype and self-shot photos.
I’m probably not going to be first in line for this one. Can’t wait to see a review or two.
