Yes. Are there similarities between the iPhone and Android phones? Yes. Big deal! There are also similarities between my Sony flat screen TV and my neighbor’s Panasonic flat screen TV, but no one is suing each other. You’d think Apple would have learned its lesss years ago when the Beatles Apple Corp sued Apple Computer for use of the word “apple.” I own and love my Macintosh behavior, but I love my Android phone and Apple’s behavior is despicable.

All the money Google is spending on patent acquisition could have gone into research and development and hiring engineers and developers. Imagine, 12.5 million bucks for Motorola. Did it help our economy one bit? No wonder China is kicking our butt. Wake up America!
