Evidence that you people should be blaming the jury, not the judge. Judge Koh tried to get Samsung & Apple to settle out of court & even said that the trial was a huge waste of tax dollars. She even asked apples lawyers if they were smoking crack.

So here is Judge Koh doing the right thing & lifting the sales ban on the Galaxy 10.1.

The Judge tried to get them to settle out of court last time & even said herself that the trial was a joke. Just because the jurors screwed the pooch, doesn’t mean the Judge was not fair. The jurors were idiots, not the judge.

Yeah, why would an appeal go to the same judge that screwed you the last time? At the very least, this trial should be anywhere BUT California.

Legally they can’t fill her pockets, but its ok if she owns stock in the company. A Judge can dismiss themselves if they feel they are personally bias, which rarely happens.

it was far from fair. there were quite a bit behind the scenes that were manipulated to design the trial in Apple’s favor. The Jury being quite the example, there’s a reason why it was such a crazy jury. It was a head scratcher why Samsung’s lawyers allowed a patent holder to be a juror. I’ll just say someone Im related to on the Samsung side of things later told me about the Jury selection.

I cant believe Koh is still overseeing this whole thing.
