Have had my ogd1 rooted for quite a while, & love that, but i’m wondering how much support there is for honeycomb. Also, does anyone know if doing this will wipe your data? I’d like to maybe have drocap & titanium backup, but not sure if I would have a need for many more root-only apps.

The only need to root would be adfree, droid overclock, set cpu, or dropcap… not really worth doing if I wont be able to receive the update that activates the micro sd slot in my opinion…. if someone knows if the update is coming or not would help… but im not ready to root yet… hopefully soon someone will make a root/unroot app similar to z4root to make it brainlessly easy to unroot.

Installation is similar to the Amazon App Store. You will get an email from QuickOffice. It will have a link to d/l the program. Click on that and allow the d/l to complete. Make sure you have previously set your xoom to allow installation from outside sources. To do that.. Settings –> Applications –> check unknown sources. Install the program and done!
