Cyber Week deals are wrapping up, but Fossil just posted a fresh deal on smartwatches that when combined with a $50-off coupon code, drops it to its lowest price ever. The Fossil Gen 5, the only Wear OS really worth considering today, can be had for $169.
At that $169 price, the Fossil Gen 5 is $126 off from its original $295 price. This is a bigger discount than we saw over Black Friday, when the Gen 5 dropped to $185.
Even though I’ve certainly changed my preference to Samsung’s Galaxy Watch Active 2 as my daily smartwatch, the Fossil Gen 5 is the watch I turn back to when I want Wear OS in my life. It has all of the specs you need for a Wear OS watch to run decently, looks really sharp from a design perspective, and you can make it yours through quick swap 22mm watch bands and a deep catalog of Wear OS watch faces.
It also has Google Fit integration, Cardiogram heartrate tracking, and a bunch of battery modes that no other Wear OS watch currently has. To help you get through a day and then some, Fossil built out 4 battery modes that let you fine-tune the functionality of the watch.
