Official TweetDeck Lands on Android Market!

TweetDeck just got through releasing some fun-filled statistics and turns right around to release the official version of their wildly popular Twitter app on the Android Market.  It’s free as you may have expected and can found using the link or QR code below.  I do recommend that you uninstall your beta version as this market release will not overwrite it and you will have two TweetDecks.

Maybe I've just been spoiled by all the features in Twidroyd, but so far I am very underwhelmed by Tweetdeck. No list support is ( to me) one example of the glaring omissions. What they do… they do well, but I guess I will just have to hope they catch up with the rest of the pack in features sooner rather than later.

I like the whole twitter/Facebook feed thing, but that's about it. I'm going to stick with Touiteur. If that had Facebook feed also, it would be the best of all the apps.

this is just as useful to me as using an alternative browser… Stock browser works just fine, as does the regular Twitter/Facebook app.. Not really sure what features would be needed to make twitter or facebook (mobile) better!!

Wanna know how to get Flat screen tv's for 50% off or more? Want to learn how to steal from Target and get away with it? Wanna know where employees are having sex in the store? Wanna know how to get secret major discounts on products we sell? Wanna know what we do to the food you buy? Wanna know how to get everything you need on Black Friday? Wanna know how to upgrade your contract phones without paying full retail price or using your actual upgrade? Wanna know the truth about what we do when you ask us to find something for you in the store?

You'd be surprised at all the bullshit that goes on behind the scenes!!!

Wish it had scrollable Widgets though

I second the scrollable widget and a full screen one also, having more options is never a bad thing 🙂

If you installed the Oct 5th test build (version, the Market one will overwrite it. At least it did on my phone.

How does Tweetdeck stack up against other Twitter apps like Seesmic??

    • kellex

I used to be a HootSuite fanatic, and TweetDeck replaced it.

Wow, it's that much better huh? I will have to test out tonight.
