HTC will announce the One M9 in just under an hour, but the cat is already out of the bag. Best Buy posted the device within the last couple hours in a listing that includes both a picture, the full list of specs, and a price. According to Best Buy, the HTC One M9 is indeed a slight upgrade in terms of design over last year’s HTC One (M8), will cost $649 off-contract, and matches every spec leak you have heard over the last couple of months.
Best Buy has all but confirmed that the phone will sport a 5-inch 1080p Super LCD3 display, 4G LTE, Android 5.0, Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 (MSM8994) processor, 3GB RAM, 20MP rear camera, 4 Ultra Pixel front camera, 32GB internal storage with a micro SD slot, and come in gunmetal grey.

I like M9, it is a great phone. However, it is true that they could come up with something new, they could add something different, they could change the design, not make it just a better version of M8 – http://versus.com/en/htc-one-m9-vs-htc-one-m8 – .I wish they will do it for their next release.

Not that I was planning in buying this device but I expected more out of HTC, these specs are sad.
What specs would you have expected?
The Qualcomm 901 64 core CPU with a Mali 1536 GPU, 1TB storage, 256MP rear camera, 64MP front facing camera, but the same 1080p screen.
Not a bad price since best buy jacks up full retail by usually $100

Although I’m disappointed in HTC that they didn’t change a thing, I’d still pick this one over the S6. In a heartbeat.

Highly doubt that’s why. HTC still continues to struggle outside of us tech fans. And they’re going to continue to struggle with their current strategies.
Disappointment is under statement. Still shoving sense down users throats. HTC clearly doesn’t listen to complaints. I learned after owning the Droid Incredible, don’t trust HTC, watched a few friends “upgrade” to the Thunderbolt too. I’ve never looked back. At least Samsung uses better hardware. HTC is a joke. If it wasn’t for the metal this phone would have died years ago. HTC is such a stale company.
Sense is hands-down the best skin after Vanilla Android. But it’s you again, why do I even reply?!
