Netflix recently announced an increase in pricing, and for T-Mobile customers who have the carrier pay for a portion of their Standard or Premium plan, the company says that your bill will need to reflect that increase in cost.
For those who have T-Mobile cover a $7/month portion of their bill (because they subscribe to the higher tier of Netflix), the new cost of Netflix Standard will be $13/month beginning April 30. This is obviously still cheaper than $20/month. A similar price increase will happen for those on Premium plans, too.
Here’s the text message hitting subscriber inboxes.
Netflix is increasing the price of its Standard plan. Beginning 04/30/26, you’ll pay $13/month on your T-Mobile bill after your $6.99/month discount.
If you don’t pay for an upgraded tier of Netflix, T-Mobile is still covering the cost of your plan. For you, nothing should change.
To see how your bill is changing, or to manage your Netflix subscription via T-Mobile, you’ll want to head into the T Life app.
