Does Google even need to do an unveiling event next week for Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL? I mean, we’ve seen the phone in the hands of many, with full reviews out of Russia and unexpected photoshoots by way of supposed Lyft drivers. It’s been pretty bad this year. Definitely comical, but still bad.

Anyway, Pixel 3 XL got reviewed yet again, this time in Hong Kong. The reviewer for Unwire.HK shows us the retail packaging for the phone (including the coupled USB-C earbuds), talks about the specs, shows off wireless charging, provides camera samples, and everything else you might expect from a phone review. It’s quite detailed, even with comparisons to Apple’s latest devices.

If you’re curious about the reviewer’s final thoughts, they really like the camera, enjoy the addition of wireless charging and Android Pie, though, they do wish Active Edge had more functionality. The summary of the review is titled, “Small change, big improvement.”

We’ll of course provide our own review and coverage once we get the phones, which should be shortly after Google’s event next week. We’re ready!
