This past Monday, we hosted Volume 30 of the DL Q&A Sessions. At that time, we invited you to send in any question you could think of, whether it be Android related or not, and this afternoon, we have the answers for you.
Questions asked by our community focused on the upcoming Galaxy Note 5, more specifically about the possibility of it featuring a microSD slot and removable battery, as well as how the DL crew spends it time while traveling and not sitting at the desk in our hotel room writing up a ton of posts.
Check out all of our answers to your questions below. (more…)
There is a ton of action taking place in the world of Android and mobile tech in general, so what better time to field any questions from our community than right now?
Google introduced Android M and Android Pay during Google I/O just a short time ago, so maybe you have questions about it? Or maybe you would like our take on Apple’s latest unveilings during WWDC? Heck, we would even love to discuss this year’s NBA Finals with you. As long as you agree that there were some seriously blown calls during Game 2. Don’t be shy, ask whatever you would like. (more…)
We were not quite able to get to this last Friday, so here we are on Monday, posting up the Answers portion to Volume 29 of the DL Q&A Sessions. With Google I/O right around the corner, it is no surprise that many questions focused on what we can expect Google to announce.
Of course, whenever I/O gets brought up, people also want to talk Nexus phones, so we provided our hopes and dreams for the next Nexus smartphone below.
Without further ado, let’s get to it. (more…)
A lot is about to happen over the next few weeks in the world of Android, with three of the big things being the G4 from LG (that happens tomorrow), Google I/O next month, and Google’s announcement of Project Fi. We also just got done reviewing the Galaxy S6s and One M9, in case you needed more.
With all of this going down, it’s a good time to see if anyone here has questions for the DL staff, and like all previous volumes of the Q&A Sessions, we would be more than happy to answer them. (more…)
On Monday, we asked you to send in questions for Volume 28 of the DL Q&A Sessions. We received a ton of great questions, but have narrowed them down to just a few which our team has tackled.
This week, it seems that our readers want to know if any OEM can catch up to Samsung’s Galaxy S6 lineup, and if Motorola will ever step up their camera game. In addition, we answer what our favorite streaming device is, which budget tablet shoppers should consider, and what artist we find ourselves listening to the most lately.
Let’s get to it. (more…)
We are back for Volume 28 of the DL Q&A Sessions. This time, we have the HTC One M9 in-house, and should have the Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge in our possession quite soon, so if you have any questions about any of these new flagships, now is the time to ask. Please note, you can expect unboxing and impression videos as soon as they come in. But besides new phones, there is plenty of other stuff going on in the world of Android.
The Q&A Sessions are a time when anyone from our lovely, opinionated community can ask the DL staff whatever may be on their mind. This can range from Android-related topics, sports, food, or whatever else you may want to know. We are pretty open in terms of what we will share, so don’t be shy.
On Friday, we will compile a list of our favorite questions, then let the team have at them. Until then, shoot your questions below in the comments section. (more…)
On Monday, we asked you to send in questions for Volume 27 of the DL Q&A Sessions. We got a ton of great questions, but have narrowed them down to just a few which our team has tackled.
From what you asked, it appears many of our readers are jumping ahead into the later part of this year, curious about what we should expect from other companies besides Samsung and HTC. You asked us our opinions on what LG is going to bring to the table, what we should expect from Motorola, and which company will likely surprise us the most in 2015. All of these questions and more are answered below.
Let’s get to it. (more…)
We are back again for Volume 27 of the Droid Life Q&A Sessions. Now that MWC is here, and Samsung and HTC unveiled their plans for 2015, we may have a few thoughts on what we have seen so far. Feel free to ask any other MWC-related questions you have as well.
