To kick Droid Life and NVIDIA’s Two Weeks of Holiday Tegra, we thought we would start with Asus’ other Tegra 2 tablet, the Eee Pad Slider. It’s all of the goodness you want and expect from the original Transformer, but with a sliding keyboard attached. You will find a dual-core Tegra 2 processor, 1GB of RAM, a beautiful 10.1″ display, dual cameras, and all of the hot ports including HDMI. Yep, it’s a winner.  

November’s Gobbler Gaming Giveaway was a heck of a 4-week contest and nothing short of a huge success. Any chance we can top it this month? That is exactly what we are about to attempt to do as we have teamed up with NVIDIA, Zen Pinball THD and the Tegra Zone once again to hand out Tegra 2 powered tablets to the beautiful community here at Droid Life. How many tablets? How does 10 (ten) sound? Starting today and finishing up next Friday, we will hand out a brand new Tegra 2 powered tablet each day (excluding the weekend) to a lucky DL reader. 

To celebrate the holidays, and help move some dusty inventory Verizon has decided to give away a DROID RAZR every day during the month of December (well, 30 of them anyway). The contest asks that you fill out a simple form and then share word of the giveaway through either Facebook or Twitter. It really doesn’t get any simpler than this.

Update:  A couple of readers pointed out one of the rules listed in the fine print that reads “Must be a legal resident of NC, SC, TN, AL, GA, FL, MS, AR, LA, OK, and TX 18 years or older to enter.” So apparently if you aren’t living in 1 of the 11 states listed, you can’t win? Doesn’t seem fair.

A month ago today, we announced our November Gobbler Gaming Giveaway (NGGG), a month long contest that included four (4) NVIDIA Tegra 2 powered tablets and a couple of gaming-inspired prize packs. For the last 3 weeks, we have handed out a different tablet, with the prize packs (Jamboxes and $25 gift cards) being tacked on during the last two giveaways. Up first was the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 followed by the Asus Transformer last week and then another GTab. So far we have seen an intense amount of participation, but these last two weeks were even crazier thanks to the added prize packs.

With over 3,000 entries in just over a week, we are officially blown away for the 4th straight week in a row. So as to not delay this announcement any further, let’s get to it.

With nearly 1300 comments in our Kindle Fire contest, the folks at CompanionLink had their work cut out for them. As you may recall, they simply asked that you tell them if there was a particular productivity feature that you wish your phone had.
