Mobvoi’s Ticwatch Pro 4G/LTE Gets LTE Through Verizon August 8

The 4G LTE connection portion of the new Ticwatch Pro 4G/LTE will be available to owners of the watch on August 8.

As you may recall, at launch a month ago, you could only use the new Ticwatch Pro over WiFi and Bluetooth, even though it has all the goods inside for LTE connectivity. Mobvoi was still finalizing that side of things, but tells us that this is the week things go live.

To recap, the Ticwatch Pro 4G/LTE is a snappy performing, all-black Wear OS watch with a decent set of specs, we just wish it had the new Snapdragon Wear 3100 processor. Overall, it’s a solid smartwatch that is one of the few running Wear OS that can connect over cellular. More of our thoughts on the Ticwatch Pro 4G/LTE right here.

For LTE, it connects to Verizon’s network, so it’ll probably help if you are a Verizon customer.
