Just as Razer’s CEO spoke of not too long ago, the Razer Phone is receiving an update this week, aimed directly at improving the camera experience.

Listed in the changelog, users should see improved shutter speed in low light environments and when using HDR, should see reduced noise and clearer shadows, as well as improved picture quality with better color cast.

As we noted in our review, the camera was one major drawback for the Razer Phone, so we’ll have to see if this update truly does make a difference. Fingers crossed, because it was real bad before.
