In the update, uploaders will benefit from a video trimming tool, allowing you to control where exactly cuts in a video are made. In addition, inline video previews before uploading will give you a better understanding of what exactly you are sharing with the world.
Lastly, YouTube states uploading capability has been sped up, making the publishing of videos quicker.
