On a side note, I find it amusing that since the DL forums showed up, every article on the front page now has less than 30 comments in each of them.
D1 is missing 256Mb of memory to be very efficient. Does anyone know how to free up more memory on D1 I'm averaging 20% free memory which keeps shutting down my launcher and upon returning to my home screen the desk top has to redraw. Very annoying. Anyone???? ideas????

Here is a stupid question, my wife has a D2 and I can't seem to figure out how to remove the battery. It doen't seem to be the same as my D1. Help anyone.
Google/youtube it. That's what I had to do for my droid x (which was actually just kinda stuck a little and had to pull extra hard the first time; which might be your problem too)
